Designed by Carsten Gollnick, the award-winning YOU Salt or Pepper Mill from Carl Mertens is a unique combination of modern and tradition. A textile bag, a nod to the way spices were commonly transported, holds your peppercorns or salt crystals, allowing you to feel the contents through the fabric. It sits atop the brushed stainless steel grinder. The precision ceramic grinder is an excellent choice for pepper, salt, and other spices. Easy to fil, the little fabric sack rolls over the leather strap and the contents are secured with a Chicago button.
