Two world-famous Italian brands, Alessi and coffee maker Illy, have designed a highly functional stovetop espresso maker without compromising tradition. Pulcina is the product of three years of intense research optimizing the pot's shape to extract the best flavour of the coffee. This version of the six cup Pulcina has been designed to use on induction cooktops.
