Nunziatella Set

Created by Emma Silvestris for Alessi, Nunziatella is for serving and preserving fresh mozzarella. This stunning set was designed at the behest of and under the guidance of the Consorzio di Tutela Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, the consortium for producers of one of Italy's finest culinary contributions, Buffalo mozzarella. The soft, evocative shape of the thermoplastic container resembles a drop of milk and the contours of the horns that distinguish Italian water buffaloes. The stainless steel perforated ladle allows you to lift the cheese from the water to serve.
